Check it all out and make sure you get everything, there is a lot of financial help for someone in your situation. Good luck!Dchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02490191919855219024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7796031821985599265.post-61998375721133532162012-02-12T02:17:19.886-08:002012-02-12T02:17:19.886-08:00Having just left HE as a mature student, it is cer...Having just left HE as a mature student, it is certainly hard but worthwhile work. I got my degree (with finances) but as the course was local to me I saved all my extra money and paid off in full, the course at the end. Then took a 1 year Post Grad (these are not funded although NHS usually is or is helped towards). So left with a small debt which we paid off. Having seen the state of some students today and how rude and unruly they can be (had to teach as part of my course) I knew I could never be a teacher. Podiatry sounds very good especially if funded but at the end of the day, you have to do what you think you will love. I also got 25% off my council tax but as we didn't have housing benefit, don't know if that still applies.Dchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02490191919855219024noreply@blogger.com
