Wraps filled with pre-cooked chicken goujons, various salad things and some home made garlic mayonaise. Serve with a cup-a-soup or a hot chocolate on the side.
3.) Baked beans on a thick slice of wholemeal toast topped with a poached egg.
4.) Jacket potato(cooked in the microwave)topped with tuna mayonaise that`s mixed with sweetcorn and some diced red onion.
5.) Baguette pizzas made with halved baguette pieces that are topped with sliced onion, sliced tomato and a few slices of chorizo or pepperoni, then sprinkled over with grated cheese and baked on Gas Mark 6 for about 10 mins. Serve with some salad on the side and a
mug of hot milk.

All of these are tried and tested meals I used to serve my school age kids years ago. Hope there are a few your`s might like.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09114653674812242486noreply@blogger.com
